About Randall

Randall Arsenault is a distinguished figure on social media with his reach expanding beyond the borders of his home country of Canada. Randall devoted over 20 years of his career to public service as a Police Officer, serving with the largest municipal Police Service in Canada.

As an Officer, Randall served in various units including Primary Response, Youth Services, Community Response, Street Crime, Criminal Investigation Bureau, and served as the Indigenous Liaison Officer.

 

Randall holds the unique distinction of being the first Community Engagement Officer in Canada. During his tenure as Community Engagement Officer, Randall diligently worked with cross-sector partners to build bridges, dismantle barriers, and establish long-lasting relationships in new and innovative ways.

As a dynamic speaker, Randall shares insights derived from his extensive professional journey, covering topics ranging from modern day policing, harnessing the power of technology and social media, effective engagement strategies, brand management, and mental health advocacy. His engaging storytelling style and unique blend of humour, relatability and real talk has earned him acclaim as a sought-after speaker at conferences and events.

Beyond his law enforcement career, Randall is recognized for his influential presence on social media, where he has been an early adopter and advocate for leveraging digital platforms to disseminate information and promote dialogue on critical issues such as crime prevention, policing trends, and human rights.

In addition to his professional achievements, Randall has taken leadership roles in many grassroots organizations, and local charities and fundraising initiatives.

 

Randall is a passionate advocate for mind health, drawing from his frontline experience to shed light on the importance of addressing stress, anxiety, and social stigmas.

 

For his work in the community, and philanthropic involvement, Randall is the recipient of multiple awards and recognition for his outstanding contribution to society including the Rotary International – Service Above Self Award.

Randall served as Ontario Human Rights Commissioner from 2020-2025. Randall currently works in the Communications, Government Relations, and Public Relations sector and is a member of the Board of Directors at a grassroots relief and development organization with global impact.
